Guidelines For Tour Guide Identity Card (KTPP) Of Jawa Tengah

Tour guides are an essential component in the tourism industry which greatly influences the quality of service and the image of tourism. A tour guide's main requirement is a certificate of competence and a Tour Guide Identity Card (KTPP). Jawa Tengah Provincial Government through the Youth, Sports and Tourism Office has socialized the online registration of KTPP with the Jawa Tengah DPD HPI and DPC HPI throughout the regency/city. How could you get it?

KTPP Online Registration

KTPP online registration can be done via this link, and it is FREE. Before filling out, the registrant prepares the required files that must be uploaded in pdf format, including:

1. New / Extension KTPP Application Form
2. ID card
3. Color passport photo
4. Old KTPP (for extension)
5. Certificate of health
6. Police Record (SKCK)
7. Membership Card (for renewal)
8. Last diploma
9. Language certificate (optional)
10. Tour guide competency certificate
11. Guide letter of recommendation from the organization
Next, the data sent will be processed. When it has been printed, the registrant will be contacted by the admin. When taking the KTPP, registrants must submit physical files as uploaded online.
