Take A Look At Awesome Grenden Hill In Magelang, The Latest Attraction On The Slope Of Merbabu

Located on the slopes of Mount Merbabu, Grenden Hill is suitable for those who look for a peaceful and cool mountainous area.

Grenden Hill offers a pine forest tourist spot that is different from other pine forests. The type of pine in Grenden Hill is red pine. Red pine trees are claimed to be longer aged. In addition, the red pine tree will not collapse because it is not tapped.

The number of contemporary photo spots is also the main attraction of Grenden Nature Tourism. More than 10 photo spots can be visited. Visitors can take pictures on the spot of the upside-down house which is a favorite photo spot. As the name implies, this spot displays a blue small house built in reverse. Not far from the upside-down house, there is a crescent spot. Visitors can sit in a curved crescent spot and take photos as if they are in the sky.

The other spot is the dwarf house built from bamboo. There are also swings like bird nests, pedicabs, and others.

Near Grenden Hill, there is Rembetan Cliff like a rock cliff in Thailand. Plus, there is a very broad and free camp area for visitors who want to camp. In sunny weather, visitors can also see Mount Merapi, waterfalls on the cliff from a distance, to the Magelang landscape. If the weather is foggy, getting ready for a 'fog shower' so it results in more dramatic photos.

Travel support facilities in Grenden Nature Tourism are complete. There is Musala, toilets, a parking lot, food stalls, and a gazebo.

To enjoy Grenden Nature Tourism, visitors only need to pay IDR 5,000 for the entrance ticket to Mount Merbabu National Park, IDR 5,000 for entrance tickets to Grenden Nature Tourism, and IDR 3,000 for parking.

The accessibility to Grenden Nature Tourism is quite easy and comfortable. When it comes from Yogyakarta, Magelang, Boyolali, or Solo, keep directing to Ketep Pass. From Ketep Pass, tourists can drive along the road to Kopeng, Salatiga. Grenden Hill is on the right of the road or about 6 km after Ketep Pass.
