DUMBEG

Dumbeg is a typical culinary of Rembang, especially in Lasem. Dumbeg is always present at every people's party. The shape is tapered, like a trumpet. Wrapped in palm leaves. The texture is soft and chewy. It tastes naturally sweet. Dumbeg has even been a dish for guests since the time of the Wali. Dumbeg dough is made from rice flour, palm sugar / palm sugar, coconut milk and pieces of krambil.
