TIWUL

If you visit Wonogiri, a city in Jawa Tengah known as Gaplek city. This nickname is closely related to Tiwul Rice. Tiwul is made from cassava which is processed into flour by pounding it. The cassava flour is placed on a winnowing tray, then sprinkled with water while continuing to stir by hand until it becomes a granulated dough, set aside the granulated flour. Repeat until all flour is granulated. Then, steam Tiwul in a pot for about 15-20 minutes (depending on how much dough you want to make) stirring gently so that it cooks evenly.
