AL WUSTHO MOSQUE, MANGKUNEGARAN
In Java's urban planning, a mosque becomes one of the buildings beside the palace, the square, and the market. In Kasunanan Surakarta we can find a mosque named Masjid Agung, meanwhile in Mangkunegaran, there is Al Wustho Mosque. This old mosque was built in a modern way in the early 19th century with a Dutch architecture named Herman Thomas. The design combines Javanese and European architecture.
