CENTRAL JAVA GRAND MOSQUE

Jawa Tengah Grand Mosque (Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah) is the biggest mosque in Jawa Tengah Province which is located on Jalan Gajah Raya, Sambirejo, Gayamsari District. The mosque was designed in the architectural fusion style of Javanese, Islam and Greece. The main building has a pyramid-roof shaped with four towers at each corner of the roof and a 99-meters tower, called the Asma Ulhusna tower. Inside the tower there is a Museum of Islamic Develompent in Jawa Tengah Province.
