KEDUNGOMBO RESERVOIR

Kedungombo Reservoir is functioned for irrigation, power generation, and water tourism. This 6,576-hectare dam is located in Rambat Village, Geyer District, Grobogan Regency, approximately 29 Km to the south of Purwodadi City. An Arboretum garden, a fish market, and a floating restaurant with many choices of processed fish menus are here, such as grilled fish and fish soup. Here, visitors can walk around the reservoir to enjoy the view of the former village islands which are now submerged by the reservoir water. For visitors who want to enjoy the beauty of the reservoir up close, the manager rents out a motorized boat that will take visitors to explore the reservoir area.
