Mount Telomoyo Hike via Arsal Basecamp

Mount Telomoyo may already be familiar to nature enthusiasts, especially those from the Magelang area and its surroundings. This mountain, which stands at nearly 2,000 meters above sea level, offers stunning and breathtaking views. You can witness vast stretches of seemingly endless clouds, and if you're lucky, you'll catch glimpses of other surrounding mountains.

The Arsal Basecamp is located on the eastern hillside, which means that along the hiking trail, you’ll be treated to majestic views of Mount Merbabu and the beauty of Rawa Pening peeking from the north. The trail itself remains relatively pristine, with lush trees providing cool and peaceful shade throughout the climb.

There are no natural water sources along the route, so hikers must ensure they bring an adequate supply of water and other essential logistics for the entire hike.
