PAYAU FOREST
Payau Forest Tourism is located about 4 km from downtown Cilacap, to be precise in Tritih Kulon Village, North Cilacap District. Access to the location is very easy. The roads are smooth, concrete, and not far from major roads. visitors just follow the directions that are written clearly. This Payau Forest is at the end of a residential area, next to rice fields, and separated from Segara Anakan. The forest area of ​​about 10 hectares is covered with 15,000 species of trees. Trees that grow in the Brackish Tourism Forest include, among others, pendulum mangroves, tancang, peanut mangroves, jeruju, hibiscus, and ketapang. Not only flora that live in here, there is also a habitat for several fauna. Such as gelodok fish, uca fish, tanggal fish, pistol shrimp, and various types of birds. Besides that, it seems that fishing ponds and crab cultivation are being built.
