VISITING HIAN THIAN TEMPLE TEE JEPARA
In Pinggir Alley, right after Welahan Market #Jepara, there is a temple with a striking red color in its large gate namely Hian Thian Siang Tee Temple or Hian Thian Siang De (Sky God). There are five Kimsin (god statues) in this temple, namely Kong Co (god), Hian Thian Siang Tee (God of Medicine) as the host who was brought directly from China, Kong Co Kwan Tee Kun, and Khong Hu Cu. There is also Makco Kwan Im and Sang Buddha since there is Vihara here. The original building is dominated by old teak.
