The tradition which exists in Kejajar Sub-District, 17 km northern Wonosobo city, is held since some local children has dreadlock hair, who is believed that they bring bad luck so that they need to have ruwat (hair cutting by a wizard) ceremony. The ceremony which is aimed to terminate the growing of dread lock hair is held when the children ask for something to their parents.
