Disporapar Of Jawa Tengah Supports Java Balloon Attraction 2023

The Department of Youth, Sports and Tourism (Disporapar) of Jawa Tengah Province supports the the Java Balloon Attraction (JBA) on August 27 at the Kalianget Recreation Park Stadium, Wonosobo Regency. The event, is one of the leading events in Jawa Tengah in 2023. Disporapar Jawa Tengah supports event promotion through social media, websites, billboards and radio. This support is an effort to develop the potential for events in the region, increase tourist visits to Central Java, and ultimately have an economic impact on the region.

JBA was attended by 25 of the best balloon communities in Wonosobo. Quoted from Instagram @disparbudwonosobo, JBA will feature 4 formations, namely the formations of the Dieng Valley, Mount Sindoro, Menjer Lake and Wadaslintang Reservoir accompanied by Javanese gamelan music and traditional dances that are closely related to Wonosobo culture. The hot air balloon flight will start in the morning from 06.00 - 09.00 a.m. JBA is also filled with Gembel Hair Shaving Procession events, micro, small and medium enterprise (MSMEs) bazaars, weekend tourism art performances, and various culinary specialties of Wonosobo.

On August 26, the night before the JBA, the Wonosobo Night Fashion Carnival (WNFC) is ready to enliven the Wonosobo Square Complex with a variety of fresh, futuristic and iconic costume creations. With the theme Magnifique Culture; Tourism, Culture & Creative Economy, WNFC 2023 is an event to showcase the potential of Wonosobo Regency which is packaged in the form of a lively fashion carnival, full of creativity and innovation.
