BLENGONG SATAY
Blengong is sort of fowl, a crossbreed of male duck and female muscovy. The blengong meat is tender and has lower fat content.It is served with ketupat (diamond-shaped steamed rice). The blengong satay stalls are easily found at alun- alun (plaza) Brebes open from afternoon or at Warung Makan (food stall) Bapak Kasturi Rajak.
