BLORA GOAT SATE

Blora's signature goat satay has a softer meat texture. Satay traders choose young and healthy goats to get tender meat. In contrast to satay from other regions, one of the advantages of goat blora satay is the thick peanut sauce. One serving of satay takes about 10 minutes to grill before serving. Sliced mutton is sprinkled with seasoning so it doesn't smell stale. Goat satay is more delicious when served with a curry sauce flavored with spices, plus ground chili sauce.
