BOTHOK SALTED EGG
Bothok is a well-known food from Java Island, but there is something different from Bothok in Demak Regency. This Bothok is made from grated coconut mixed with salted egg and tofu, then processed with spices then wrapped in banana leaves and steamed until cooked. This meal will be more complete if eaten with warm rice. Must try!
