DAWET TELASIH
Dawet telasih is a traditional drink typical of the city of Solo, or better known as Dawet Pasar Gede. Dawet, rice flour porridge, fermented sticky rice, black sticky rice porridge, basil, sugar water, ice cubes, and coconut milk are merged in one bowl. A must-have culinary that fits right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the traditional market atmosphere in general. It's really fresh!
