Enting-enthing Gepuk and Ampyang
Enting-Enting Gepuk is made of sauté peanuts cooked with melted sugar. The mixture then being hit repeatedly (gepuk). Ampyang is made of sauté peanuts (not chopped) mixed with brown sugar and ginger water. Both snacks can found easily in shops or gift centers all over Salatiga and nearby regions.
