Gandul Rice
It is Pati traditional food. Its main ingredient is beef. The meat is cooked with many kinds of spices and it makes a specific taste. Nasi Gandul is served with some side dishes, like fried tempeh, perkedel, etc. The way to serve this food is also unique; it is using banana leaves on the plate to show the natural and elegant dish.
