GEMBUS CILACAP
Cilacap's signature Gembus is made from cassava and is shaped like a donut. This snack can be found in every corner of Cilacap and its surroundings. Usually sold on the side of the road every afternoon until night. It is often found when there are night markets, traditional events, and wayang kulit shows. The gembus production site in Cilacap is in Kalisabuk Village, Kesugihan District.
