This Salatiga culinary is very famous. Nasi Gudeg Koyor Miroso Hj. Sukini at Rejosari Market, Jalan Hasanudin is never empty of buyers. This restaurant has been around since 1950. At first glance, Gudeg Koyor Hj. Sukini is not much different from Gudeg Yogya or Solo with side dishes of tofu, egg and spicy krechek, and additional koyor (beef fat).
