Lumpia or springrolls
Lumpia or springrolls, are kind of snacks made from bamboo shoots wrapped in sheets of flour. Besides bamboo shoots, it is also filled with chicken, shrimp, and eggs. Spring rolls can be served either in fried or without fried and a dip sauce. It can be bought as gifts to some frieds or family but it will not last very long (only one day). These snacks can be purchased at Jl. Mataram, Jl. Gajah Mada, Jl. Pandanaran and Jl. Pemuda.
