MBAH KARTO'S JADAH

This snack made from glutinous rice mixed with coconut. It is very tempting for tourists to enjoy and buy as souvenirs. Served with grated coconut and a spice known as serundeng, this Jadah is perfect for drinking coffee or while enjoying the cool air of Selo. One of the legendary Jadah Selo stalls until now is Mbah Karto's Jadah kiosk, which has been selling since the 1940s.
