MUD GRILLED MILKFISH
Different from in Semarang and Kendal, milk fish is high-pressure cooked and then fried.In Brebes, milk fish is grilled on live coals.Beforehand, fish is marinated, steamed, and then greased with mud. This unique dish can be found at stalls along Randusanga Indah Beach. The stalls also sell grilled shrimp with honey and smoked crab.
