MUTTON SATAY

Mutton Satay from Tegal is made from young goat meat which is usually under five months old a.k.a balibul so that the meat is tender and has a distinctive aroma. This young goat meat is sliced ​​into small pieces and pierced with a bamboo skewer and grilled. The meat is very tasty, slightly sweet, and not chewy alias soft when eaten. In addition, the specialty of Tegal satay is grilled half-baked and complemented with sweet soy sauce served with shallots, tomatoes, and green chilies which makes the delicacy unforgettable.
