PECEL PAKIS COLO
On the slopes of Mount Muria, there one culinary dish that should not be missed. It is Pecel Pakis and can only be found in Colo Village, Dawe District. Pakis or fern leaves are ferns that are often found on the banks of rivers and damp cliffs. Fresh fern vegetables are mixed with bean sprouts, then doused with peanut sauce and given a fried egg on top.
