SATE SREPEH
Sate Srepeh can be found in the Rembang area of the city, to be precise around the village of Sumberejo. Like satay in general, Sate Srepeh is served with a slightly thick peanut sauce, sprinkled with sliced red onion and chili. After the spices are ready, then the seller will take two rice that has been wrapped in teak leaves. When opened, the rice is already boxed up like lontong, however, if it is split it is still in the form of rice. The rice is then poured with lodeh sauce.
