SEGA NYANGKU

Many people fall in love with tempeh mendoan of Banyumas. Well, there's another delicious signature dish namely Sega Nyangku. This dish can be found in Baturraden, precisely in Omah Nyangku. Nyangku is a leaf from a type of ground orchid growing on the slopes of Mount Slamet. It consists of rice, stir-fried pakis, stir-fried Kamijara (lemongrass), bacem tempeh, fried chicken/meat, and is served on two pieces of nyangku leaves arranged crosswise. So unique, right?
