SERABI KALIBELUK FROM BATANG
While Solo has Srabi Solo and Semarang Regency has Serabi Ngampin, Batang Regency has Serabi Kalibeluk. This serabi (traditional pancake) is so big with 10 cm diameters. The shape is half round with hollow. We get 2 pieces in one portion. This snack is produced in Kalibeluk Village and can be easily found in Warungasem Market.
