SOTO KLETHUK

It is called Soto Klethuk because there are complementary ingredients made from cassava which is cut into small cubes and then fried. This is called Klethuk. It is also called klethuk because when it is eaten it sounds klethuk-klethuk. This soup is best served hot. Really fresh and delicious eaten with other side dishes, such as crackers, fried tempeh, bakwan corn, cakes, tofu, fried heart gizzard, or quail egg satay. Soto Klethuk is usually served with rice, boiled eggs, shredded chicken, and bean sprouts.
