is a kind of freid tofu in which it has dry texture outside with no filling. Tahu Pong is best served while itshot. It has dipped made from shrimp paste, pickles and green chilis. Tahu pong is also served with gimbal shrimp and fried egg. These foods can be found in Jl. Gajah Mada and Jl. Depok.
