Wonogiri Cabuk is a kind of chili sauce made from sesame seeds mixed with cooked spices, such as grated coconut, londo (burnt banana leaves), chili, onions, brown sugar, and extracts of basil leaves. All the mixed ingredients is then wrapped in banana leaves and steamed until cooked. The Cabuk is then burned.
