Dusk At Watu Gajah Beach In Rembang

A new tourism attraction has opened in Rembang Regency. The name is Watu Gajah beach. The beach is easily accessible to visitors and strategically located on the side of Jalan Pantura Rembang - Tuban, specifically in the Kragan sub-district area.

This tourist spot was only known a few months ago. When you first enter the tourist spot, you are immediately greeted by a sand dune that looks like a hill as high as about five meters, named Bukit Asmara. Because of the terraces, Bukit Asmara is a popular place for children to play.

Watu Gajah Beach, in addition to Bukit Asmara, has a number of other attractions. The information is posted at the Dermaga Cinta (Love Pier) junction. The directions are also one-of-a-kind, made of wood and painted in bright hues with a cartoon image of a little elephant appeared over the instructions.

There is an elephant stone location to the west. When viewed from above, the rock resembles the back of an elephant. Selfie locations, such as gondal-gandul swings, have also been built in that area. A swing made of wooden poles that are wrapped with a rope. Tourists can relax on the swing board and enjoy the view of the beach.

If you want to relax, there are huts and stalls selling snacks at tourist sites. That afternoon, the point that seemed the most crowded was at the Dermaga Cinta. The stones around the pier's edge are brightly colored. The edges were then adorned with banners and flags. Tourists may sit on the pier and relax while enjoying the sunset.

Even though the sun doesn't set on the beach, you can still feel the rays. From the west, behind the beach firs, you can turn the beach sky into a blush. The local merchant said, if in the morning you can see the sun rising from this beach.

It is usually quieter on the east coast. As a result, tourists may enjoy it to play sand beach. Or go for a swim at the beach. As did two teenage visitors who were engrossed in recording them dancing on the sandy beach of Watu Gajah. There are also mothers who sit and relax on the rocks under the pier while posing when their photos are taken.

The kids were just as pleased. They had fun playing in the water on the beach. What occurred was that there was a fishing boat parked at the time, so they used it as an arena to jump. Then throw yourself into the sea.

The evening was winding down. The sky over the Watu Gajah beach darkened. Sellers in the booths rushed to pack their things as well. The kids that were in the water had changed their clothes. Tourists from the Dermaga Cinta began to depart, slowly pull the gas from their vehicle. Yes, the local sellers said this tourist spot starts to close after sunset. (Vachri)
