KUTHUK FISH STEW

Kuthuk Fish or Snakehead Fish is a freshwater fish that can be processed into Kuthuk Fish Stew which is a special food of Demak Regency. The Kuthuk fish is boiled first, then fried and put into the coconut milk which has been seasoned. Its soft texture makes this preparation an alternative for consuming fish in a different way.
