Rembang Regency is located in the north part of Kendeng mountainous area exactly in the eastern part of Central Java. Most of Rembang area is beach which stretches along about 60 km long. Rembang area includes Northern limestone mountain range that dominates one-third area of the County. There are also short mountains, they are Mount Butak and Mount Lasem. The rest are lowland which lies to the North till the Coast of Java Sea.
