Posong Coffee is a type of Java Arabic coffee that is planted in a plantation field at a height between 1700 to 2000 masl. This plant is planted between the tobacco plants. No wonder there is a scent of tobacco when brewing Posong coffee.

Now, people can process the coffee after self-harvesting. Starting from drying in the sun, drying, separating coffee beans by levels, roasting, to finally becoming coffee powder and being ready to drink.

Taking a sip of Posong coffee will be extra delicious with enjoying traditional snacks cemplon and gambling. Cemplon is one of the traditional cakes made from grated and ground cassava with the filing of brown sugar and then being fried. Meanwhile, gamblong is fried sliced cassava.
